Penthouse equipped with ironing board/iron. Laundry room is on each floor in the building (located to the left of the penthouse).
A code is needed in certain areas of the building and for entry in the building. This code is sent to you by text message via ButterflyMX.
All guests must park vehicles on the rooftop in the parking lot.
***Dockage is not included. There are several marinas nearby.
No pets allowed. There is a $500 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
No smoking allowed. There is a $250 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.

Summary: Listing is accurate and the property is in a great location. Unit was clean and cozy. Only issues I had was the key fob didn't work, but that's kind of moot as the punch-in code works easily. And also, the shower wasn't draining well, but I let them know and I assume they'd fix it immediately based of how well everything else is maintained.
